Ban appeal
Open a ticket with your Steam name. We keep combat and admin logs for 30 days and will show you what we saw. Cheating bans under rule 01 are permanent and are not appealed.
A PvE server. Nobody raids you, nobody takes your loot, and nothing you build disappears while you are offline. You keep what you make.
Ban appeals and cheater reports go through a Discord ticket — see the Support tab.
That is the only place admins pick things up — there is no email queue, and DMs to staff get missed.

Bring the player's name, a rough timestamp and a clip if you have one. F7 reports work too, but a ticket gets a human faster.
Same as a cheater report, plus the rule number. Admins quote the rules by number, so saying which one you mean saves a round trip.
Questions about a wipe, the settings, or something that looks broken on a server — open a ticket and ask.
No. Server-side plugins only. You connect with a normal EAC-enabled Rust client, same as any official server.
Once a month, on the force wipe — the first Thursday, 19:00 UTC. There's no weekly wipe, so the map and everything on it stays put until then.
Kits, skins and a supporter slot that skips the queue. See the store for contents and prices.
Yes, and plenty do. Nobody can shoot you or take your stuff, so playing alone costs you nothing but time. There's a #lfg channel in Discord if you'd rather not go it alone.

Queue is first-come. Store supporters get a reserved slot, which mostly matters on force wipe night.
Store purchases and Discord roles are account-wide, so they carry to any Astro Rust server and across every wipe.
